The best information on Land Management System

Hey guys, what’s up. Hope you are alright with everything. Today I will discuss the land measurement system in Nepal. You know what island measurement system. If you know that well. If you don’t know about the land measurement don’t worry I will give you the best knowledge about it.Β
Β
Land measurement is the process of collection of every land data, dimension, and contour. In other words, the land distance and dimension are taken for any project and any work on the ground.
Β
If you can start any type of project on the ground then before you can take all the information, measurement, and data of land with the help of measuring tape that is land measurement.
The tape is the most usable and length measuring instrument in every measuring field. Without tape, we can not measure any kind of length. It is the most necessary device in the engineering field.
There are two types of measuring tape. Such as spring tape and long tape. There are different lengths of tape is available in the market. such as 25, 50, 75, 100, 200, 300 and even 500 ft in length. The tape is designed for engineers and builders. Generally, tapes are available in two colors. Such as white and yellow.
mostly least count of tape is 1 mm

The tape is the distance measurement instrument which is of different types; line tap, steel tape, Invar tape, and metallic tape.
Β
Β
It is an important instrument for the measurement of the distance between one point to another point. It has a different length of tape. Like 20 m, 30 m, 50 m, 100 m, and 500 m, etc. Every length can be measure by using a chain and tape.
Β

100 millimeter= 1 centimetre
100 centimetre = 1 meter
1000 meter = 1 kilometre
Β
1 meter = 3.3 feet

1 feet = 0.3 meter

Β

Land measure by using Autocad software.Β

Β
Autocad is the most precise software for designing and calculation. In the AutoCAD software, we find out the area of planned land, etc. just using two methods to find the land area in AutoCAD.
Β
Using the “AA” command
It is the command method to find out land area or plan area. using the aa command and select the boundary of the plan and hit enter then show the area.
Β
Β
Using hatching

This is the second method for fine out are in AutoCAD. In this method hatch the plan or land in AutoCAD. Then after clicking the hatch of the plan boundary and go to the property option.

Measurement System in Nepal

In Nepal, where a Bigha is about 6,772.63 square meters. Officially, most measurements of lands use units of either Bigha or Ropani. A Metric system is very seldom used officially in measuring the area of Land.
