How to update the AutoCAD 2024 student version?

Most of the students have used a student license for the AutoCAD product. Until the last 4 years, Autodesk company used to give product licenses for students for 3 years, but now the student version of Autocad is available only for 1 year, so it is not so easy for us to update our product license. How to remove the AutoCAD license from the Computer?

I have already mentioned this topic in my previous blog post. But this is same little bit different. If you don’t need an autoCAD or AutoCAD license on your Personal Computer you can Remove autoCAD from your system. For that follow the steps below:

1. Open AutoCAD on your Computer
2. look for the “License Manager”
3. Also, access a similar option in the AutoCAD menu
4. Go to the license activation
5. Find and select the option to “Deactivate”
6. You have seen the instruction prompt for deactivation
7. Follow the instructions to complete the deactivation process.
8. Uninstall AutoCAD:
   • Open the Control Panel on your computer.
   • Navigate to “Programs” or “Programs and Features.”
   • Locate AutoCAD in the list of installed programs.
   • Select AutoCAD and choose the option to uninstall.
9. Confirm the uninstallation and wait for the process to complete.
10. After uninstalling, check for any residual AutoCAD files or folders in the installation directory.
11. Delete any remaining AutoCAD files manually.
12. Reboot your computer
13. If applicable, check your Autodesk account or contact customer support to confirm the removal of the license from that particular computer.
14. Removed your AutoCAD license
15. Reinstall( if Require)

Another way,

1. go to the control panel on your computer
2. click program
3. You will show all application lists
4. Select AutoCAD
5. uninstall AutoCAD
6. After uninstall AutoCAD will removed from your computer.
